David Mikula is a design leader based in New York and Los Angeles.
For more than 16 years, he’s driven product and creative excellence for influential companies and social movements—turning ideas into meaningful products and lasting change.
Rooted in research and experimentation, David’s approach to leadership inspires teams to design experiences that are profoundly relevant and accessible. To shape strategy, he nurtures a culture of feedback and accelerates progress by supporting those willing to step out of their comfort zone.
Along with being a highly regarded people manager, David is a practicing designer, artist, and educator. As an established public speaker, he presents on the topics of design ethics, the importance of play, and how to build creative confidence.
